I'm a full-time real estate investor and Illinois managing broker. I started out about five years ago buying bank foreclosures, renovating them and renting them out. I have gradually accumulated a portfolio of distressed properties that I renovated and now just manage. I'm taking a long term approach to investing. Looking to help other investors with property management services as connect with lenders and investors on new deals that come my way. Started full-time property management company in 2015 to help clients manage their portfolios as well as my own and have more control over bigger projects. I would like my company to be vertically integrated to maximize profit margins. Looking to focus on apartment building acquisition value added opportunities. My strengths are in property management and full rehabs. I have extensive experience managing people and real estate. I got started in real estate right out of college. We built a hotel on the south coast of Jamaica and developed it into a full-service destination wedding resort. I built villas, developed the first man-made beach on the south coast of Jamaica which included building a breakwater in the ocean, worked with local craftsman to build furniture, doors, marketed the property, oversaw a staff of 25 employees. Developed a niche in destination weddings having coordinated over 250 destinations wedding during my 5 years there.
