Twenty five years marketing and sales experience with fifteen years working in international business. I've been a licensed realtor for five years but have "dabbled" in rehab/flipping properties since the 80's. I'm live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida and regularly find what seem to be good investment properties...and that's why I'm here. I want to get your opinion of these possibilities.
