Today, I bring that same high-level production speed and asset management back home to our regional market. Backed by over 35 years of combined trade grit, I lead an elite, mobile 4-man crew specializing in fast-tracked residential flips and high-velocity multifamily turns across Upstate New York, Western Massachusetts, and Southern Vermont. I personally handle 100% of the material quantity take-offs, deliveries, and job site flow so our investment partners face zero field management headaches, subcontractor ghosting, or contractor delays.
