I am new real estate investor who is seeking to invest in multi-family complexes in the greater Spokane area. The reason I chose this area is that in about seven years my family and I planning on relocating to northern Idaho to be closer to where I was raised, so we want to start investing in an area that has long-term potential for us. Additionally, there seems to be low vacancy in the Spokane area as well as multi-families within our price range. Given that we currently live in the Silicon Valley and cannot relocate due to the nature of our employment until we "retire," we will be investing and managing from afar.
