Wondering how and what to update in your home? With my unique experience in both rehabbing and remodeling houses, I help sellers understand what can be and should be updated in a house before selling, and also help buyers to see hidden potential in a house that other buyers might be afraid of. I can help you know which items are a "big deal" and which ones can be easily tackled. Let me guide you through your home buying/selling process! I also work with investors since I am also an investor!
