I’m Bekah: I am a registered nurse director for my W2 and just entered my real estate investing journey recently. Planning to focus on medical and nursing professionals for STRs and capitalize on the interest in biking in NW Arkansas for leverage into the Air B&B/VRBO type market for an additional revenue generator. Lucky enough to make a good living, I would be a realtor if I hadn’t chosen nursing. Have loved homes and the smell of sawdust since I was young hanging around job sites with my dad who was in construction.
