I am a licensed real estate broker in Santa Clara County California - at the heart of Silicon Valley! A little into the new millennium I obtained my brokers license and started my own independent real estate brokerage firm. I started my podcast - Real Estate Realities - in January of 2007. At first, it was a platform for me to vent about all the things wrong with the industry of real estate. Of course, there was - and still is - plenty to complain about. Over the years it has continued to review the worst things about real estate and real estate agents but also covers the latest news and tries to help buyers, sellers and investors look over the horizon a bit to see what might be coming down the road that would impact their real estate strategies. Experience: I have been helping investor clients find appropriate SFR and Multi Unit investment properties since 1990. I am finally putting that experience to work finding my own investments Real Estate Goals: It's time to put my experience to work for myself and aggressively build my real estate holdings. When you look at the return profile of multi-unit properties, it is hard to resist them as investments.
