Chrisy Roberts-Smith

24 years experience. Certified REO Specialist Specializing in NON-MLS Properties, Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures, Investment Properties (Fix N Flips & Rental Properties) & Property Management. We have a full service team to assist our investors in every aspect of Real Estate. We offer Investment eductaion, property analysis & financing options for both fix-n-flips & rentals, construction designing & project management for all our investors. I am also the owner if Got Properties? This is our project management, design & Rental Management Company. We offer services that other companies do not. We do NOT compete with you, the Owner – We do not own any rental properties ourselves. We believe that is a conflict of interest and unethical. For example, if you have a vacant property and your Property Manager has a similar vacancy, which property do you think will be recommended first? With our belief in ethics, we do not allow the possibility of improper actions. Our goal is to take care of everything so you don’t have to & help our owners receive all the profits.
