I am new to Real Estate investing. I have read a lot and still have so much to learn. I am looking to build a rental profile with Multi-Family homes and move to Small-Middle Sized Apartment Complexes. I am married with 3 Kiddos. I work in the oilfield and I have 11-12 days a month to devote to this. I am absolutely willing to work with someone and find deals, to learn from them the process and benefit us both.
