Taking the real estate market by storm, I succeeded in producing 14 transactions valued over 4.8 million in my first year as an agent while in school. While providing exceptional professional service, I obtained an MBA in Finance to build on the ability to provide my clients exceptional unprecedented one on one evaluation of properties for investment purposes. My MBA also allowed to me become a better investor/Developer. In 2016, I obtained the Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource certification to administer help to clients that are in distress since as a developer my specialty is foreclosures. I further complemented my experience and my knowledge and opened a real estate development company to produce well designed and quality constructed homes. As a developer, I was able to give my clients a more extensive service and further my ability to advise my clients better in their decision in selling a home to me as a developer or purchasing a home. I love to help people and with my experience and knowledge, I can help evaluate a property in a more detailed investment principals as well as advise the best route in preserving capital and ensure positive cash flow. I provide to everyone the financial background to help them understand the complex instruments and options common in real estate. I strive to follow my principals of treating my clients like family.
