Reese Hamilton

I'm a licensed Illinois home inspector and radon tester. I have roughly 20 years of experience as a carpenter and contractor, mostly in residential renovation. I've also worked in new residential building, commercial construction, and as an editor for Fine Homebuilding magazine. In the past few years, I have looked at dozens of houses and buildings on Chicago's South Side, where I live. My clients have been investors as well as potential home buyers.
