I've been investing in residential real estate in the Cincinnati Area since 1989. I now have experience in the Columbus (Ohio), Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana areas as well. I wholesale, own rentals, lease/option, do lots of "repair for equity" deals and LOOOOVE creative deal structuring. I'm the executive director of a couple of awesome REIAs--REIA of Greater Cincinnati and Central Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs (COREE) in Columbus, but my main moneymaker (and passion) is just straight-up real estate and real estate entrepreneurs. I'm a passionate believer in the idea that real estate investing is about the only remaining way for normal folks (ie people who aren't going to invent the iPhone or the electric car or become a movie or sports star) to get rich in the US...at least until our rights erode to the point where that, too, is impossible.
