I've been interested in Real Estate since I started college (I didn't like college). I wanted to find a way to create passive income without a day-job. I'm a crypto-currency and forex trader and I use my profits from that to invest in Real Estate. I'm interested in acquiring long-term rentals and creating a very system-oriented business. I think the nexus between computer science and real estate is especially interesting.
