We have been in business since 2005 doing large rental flips, commercial TI's and ground up projects from a $5000 to $150M. We hold two classifications, a California General Building (B) and a sub classification D-28 Doors Gates and operating Devices. Our niche is interior and exterior doors along with finish carpentry, though we do ADU ground up and upgrades to existing structures along with Tenant improvements. We provide consulting services to several property owners and investors for out of state properties. Generally we will fly to the property, evaluate, provide a general rehab ledger with approximate valuations for the current market pertaining to that city or county. As part of the consulting package, we will find the right contractor that's licensed in the area, interview and recommend that contractor that will work with your REI company and team based on criteria's your looking for.
