We actively and passively invest in real estate. As an active investor we buy a property, make repairs and/or improvements to the property, and sell it later for a profit. Typically, investors choose real estate for several reasons: cash flow, capital appreciation, depreciation, tax benefits and leverage. Experience: our real estate experience is in many phases of real estate including Salesperson, Contractor, Subcontractor, property management, creative financing, rentals, property maintenance and tax liens. I also have several hundred hours of continuing education classes and various workshops. Real Estate Goals: Build our Real Estate Portfolio through hard work and dedication. To seek out in our local market distressed property or people that match our criteria and to build important relationships with like-minded individual investors in our local area.
