Reid Chauvin

Hi, I'm Reid. I work with house hackers and rental property investors (short-term, mid-term and long-term). I'm a mortgage lender and real estate investor. I offer long-term financing solutions for residential real estate, including: conventional loans, government loans, DSCR (investor cash flow), bank statement loans, construction and renovation loans. I've been investing in real estate since 2016. Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, I spent 5 years in Washington DC working at the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) before transitioning into Mortgage Lending. I now live in Nashville, TN, but maintain my Lending license in AL, DC, GA, FL, LA, MD, TN, TX and VA. I really enjoy the educational aspect of mortgage lending. It is important to me that the borrower understand the transaction, and that together we analyze the best financial situation for their particular needs. I especially enjoy helping first-time investors learn about the different products and methods available to them to help get them their first property.
