I currently work for a Commercial General Contracting firm out of Southern California as the Chief Estimator. I perform the budgeting and preconstruction services for multiple Commercial Developers in the Retail, Medical, and Office industries. My goal is to purchase/develop and then manage multiple commercial properties. I am seeking advice and contacts to help me accomplish this. I have successfully purchased (3) single family residential properties with a value-add strategy that I currently own and act as landlord. I've decided that although I am making a profit on all three of these properties, the road to my financial freedom and retirement will take longer than I want to wait. I have over 15 years experience in the Commercial Development area and want to start developing in commercial properties.
