Rental Property Investor
My career is in media and technology. Experience: Two multi-family deals under my belt. Real Estate Goals: I'm exploring real estate to diversify my investment strategy. My goal is to build a portfolio that eventually matches my salary income and allows me to buy my dream sailboat. My target date is 2027. Currently Seeking: Anyone locally with knowledge to share. I'm specifically researching 2-4 unit properties for buy and hold rentals. Would definitely consider syndicating with partners on larger, commercial multi-family deals.
