Robert Zazac

Hello fellow investors and real estate professionals, my name is Rob. I'm an investor, agent, and operations manager for a window installation company. For investing, my primary focus has been building my rental property portfolio, but I also have house flipping and wholesaling experience under my belt. I'm a licensed real estate agent with a local investor-friendly brokerage, RealtyCo. I work with both buyers and sellers. I'm also the Operations Manager for a successful local window/door installation company called City Wide Windows that operates in Westmoreland and Allegheny counties, near Pittsburgh PA. I attended BPCON 2025 in Las Vegas. Backstory: I first caught the itch for real estate back in 2015. Starting at zero in several key areas, it took me a few years to develop myself to the point of buying my first property in 2018, a duplex that I owner-occupied one half, and rented the other out. Since then, I've gotten the first hand proof of the power of rental real estate and doubled down my time, energy, and resources toward growing my portfolio and business. Where am I at now? I'm looking to continue growing my rental property portfolio, with a priority focus on small multifamily properties in the Pittsburgh area. I have an investment business, "Loftbridge," that focuses on finding real estate deals of all kinds in the Pittsburgh area, and matching them with interested and suitable buyers. In 2024, I was also welcomed on to the team of "Homebuyers of Pittsburgh," a very successful off-market real estate company, to help operate their off-market home sales and investor relations. I also have since started a social media platform, called "Rob's R.O.C.K.S.T.A.R. Real Estate," where I express my lessons learned and life changes I needed to make in my initial years, to take real estate investing from an idea and a dream, to a reality. I believe it's the foundational fundamentals, the lifestyle design, that can make the difference in those formative years. I also want this platform to be a "follow my journey," to show what life is like on a weekly basis for an investor who is growing a younger portfolio. I'm looking to connect with investors and industry personnel of all kinds. I have a passion for networking and team building. I'm always looking to grow!
