I have been investing since November 2018. I am so glad that I took the chance to do this full-time. I'm currently investing in long-term rentals. I have single-family homes and two mobile home parks all in Central Arkansas. I am looking to expand in some other markets as well. It has been an incredible adventure with lots of learning. It's been a lot of fun, and I am excited about what's to come.
