Working on getting back into the real estate investing world. I would like to have several paid off rental properties at retirement. Experience: Bought a duplex in 2007. Sold it in 2019 to fund the dp on a bigger house for the family. Rented out the house we moved from, then sold that house in 2022 (it wasn't set up well for a ltr. MH with lots of property, but very rural. Very low cashflow, minimal appreciation as a mh, hard to find contractors that are both high quality and willing to work on a mh.). Now I'm looking to get back into investing. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goal is to create enough passive income that I'm not tied to a job and can spend time with my family.
