I graduated from The Ohio State University in May of 2016 with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. After college, I got a job with JPMorgan where I worked as an underwriter. While I was working at the bank, I earned my real estate sales license and became a Realtor. I house hacked my way into 3 multifamily properties - 10 units in total. I purposely left one unit vacant so I could rehab it outside of work hours. After 3 years of working for the bank, I was laid off during a "site strategic reduction in force." I took my severance package and went fulltime into real estate. I’m currently a Realtor and Investor, and long-term I’d like to retire early with financial freedom!
