I have be involved with real estate since I can remember. My father has always been a landlord and I have always been involved from repairs to collections. I earned a limo ride to the military rotc ball in 10th grade by painting the interior of both units at a duplex my dad owned. I started my first flip with my best friend in Windcrest Texas. while I was still in high school. Fast forward 18 years I own rental properties and manage over 108 properties in total at HeritageGroupRE Day to day I focus 50% of my day on Property Managing (inspections, evictions, code compliance and over seeing tenant maintenance, marketing, apps and move in's, move out) I work a 16 hour days, 6 days. We have 5 full-time contractors in house 8 hours per day, and more then often wholesale deals we come across we cant rehab in time with our in house crew.
