Hi my name is Renee, I've always been interested in real estate. This was the family business. I inherited properties in 2008, yes 2008. I learned a lot. I always had the entrepreneurial spirit. Experience: I purchased my home when I was 30. I used my holiday bonus money as a down payment. I been to live auctions, I have some training with online auctions. I'm familiar with title searches, appraisals, administrative work, renting to tenants and a little home improvements. I don't mind getting my hands dirty to learn all aspects of the business. I have access to real estate lawyers all over the country and parts of Canada. Real Estate Goals: I recently found out about tax liens and tax deeds and I'm very interested in this particular part of real estate. I've been going to seminars and correspondent courses and hours of self teaching. I've been practicing and the property I work on wounds up being sold for a great price! I want to start first with vacant lots and then condos, homes, subdivision etc. Currently Seeking: I am searching for an investor/mentor to help me with my new career. I am mostly interested in vacant lots. I am currently looking at couple of vacant lots now and I would like to invest before the year is out so I have to hurry. I want to start the new year with a new career so any help from the community is greatly appreciate it.
