I am a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Colorado with Peak Commercial Properties, one of the largest Industrial Brokerage Firms in Colorado Springs. With my specialization in industrial properties, I help investors capitalize on a unique sector within commercial real estate that provides more passive income. I also assist clients with land purchase and development deals. For my own investing portfolio, I have previously focused on wholesaling and fix-and-flips, but am now shifting gears toward medium-term rentals and industrial properties.
