I became licensed as a real estate agent in 2006 in the state of Arkansas. I worked solely in the commercial industry until 2017 when I received my reciprocal license in the state of Georgia. My first residential trifecta deal was with an Investor who needed to renovate and sell two small homes and purchase a home in a very short time frame. I love a challenge and there is no better way than to dive in and do it. In less than two months I had put together a rehab crew, managed the rehabs until completion, listed both homes and sold them for asking price. (The owner owed $60K on each, repairs were $20K on each, ARV $150K! Both sold for $150K within weeks after hitting the market! I was hooked! I started Rental Made in March of 2019 upon moving back home to Little Rock, Arkansas. As a former renter, mover, mom and head of household I have been preparing homes my entire life...I saw a need for a different type of property manager. I work with both new and seasoned property investors, mostly Absentee owners. From the initial evaluating and inspecting prospective investment properties to project/renovation coordination, preparations/furnishings for STR and Mid-Term Turnkey rentals, marketing, retaining of tenants and preventative maintenance. I practice what I preach. I am still "old school" and love to meet in person but have worked with Investors for years that we have only met virtually. I consider myself a market expert making it my job to know where the best investment properties are located, how to transparently coordinate the best deal and transform these homes into cash flowing investments. “People do business with People they Like & Trust”!
