New to the doing... Old to the studying... Several courses, seminars, would be mentors, books, tapes, cds...dreams goals and frustrations... Years, Hours, Dollars... Now, it's time to DO! In 2007 while following an investment study course, I became a real estate agent. I had one or 2 successes and that was about it. Could not even keep up the dues! Looking forward to finding the Mentor I seek or becoming that Mentor. Just started putting an investment group together and am interested in Birddogging, and Wholesaling. Phoenix area.
