I’m a Wisconsin real estate investor and the owner of iBuyWI and Wisconsin Discount Properties. Over the years, my team and I have bought and sold hundreds of properties throughout Wisconsin, from single-family homes and small multifamily properties to larger apartment buildings, land, and value-add projects. Today, I own roughly 150 rental units while continuing to actively buy, flip, wholesale, and invest throughout the state. One of the biggest parts of our business is finding off-market opportunities.
