Bob Collett

I am a licensed Realtor and Property Manager at Collett Property Management, Plum Tree Realty serving Northeastern Ohio. My passion is property management working mostly with out of state and out of country investors with 1 to 4 unit properties, and small apartment buildings up to 25 units. I am always looking to meet investors and professionals; help where I can and always learn. I am personally a conservative investor, and I only do a few deals per year. I like to work with serious investors who have clear objectives. I focus on out of state investors providing property management and buying and selling investment property. My renovation company can do everything from fix a faucet to a complete renovation. On the personal side, I like hiking and biking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. My passion is backwater catch & release fishing in Charlotte Harbor, Fl. I once built an observatory on top of my house. I enjoy photography and tennis and any free time is joyfully consumed by my grand daughters. My beacon is my wife of 40 some years.
