Retired from Professional Baseball with the Miami Marlins (Minor Leagues ;) ). Founder of The Fisher Group and real estate investor since 2013. Experience: Bought, rehabbed, rented and sold two properties. One a single-family residential in Stockton, Ca which I purchased during the downturn of the market. Refinanced and sold in 2017. The other was a 4-unit apartment in Manteca, Ca purchased from an estate sale. We rehab and rented for three years before finally selling the property off a couple of months ago. Real Estate Goals: I am curently focusing on multi-family properties after seeing the benefits of increased cash-flow compared to SFR. My next goal is to buy a distressed apartment building. Looking in the memphis market! Long term goal is to build wealth through my business and real estate investing. Secondly, I want to be an investor that provides value for his tenants and community.
