I have invested in real estate for many years. My passion is real estate. From a young age, I was taught the fundamentals of successfully investing in land and single family homes. Those lessons have remained with me for all of these years and served as "words of wisdom" once I began investing. Following the market crash, I stopped investing in real estate to focus on another business. I returned to real estate investing and glad I did! I am always learning and implementing a variety of creative investment strategies to grown my portfolio of land, commercial, vacation as well as multi-unit properties. I am always willing to connect with other investors. I enjoy learning and sharing the knowledge I have gained over the years. I am based in Phoenix, Arizona and interested in investment opportunities in Arizona, California, Florida, and Puerto Rica. Experience: I have been a real estate investor for 9 years. Real Estate Goals: My current goal is to gain financial freedom through real estate investing so I can enjoy personal and financial freedom--while continuing to invest!
