He discovered his business skills at a young age of 15. Graduating from Memphis Catholic high school, Robert went on and studied computer applications and operations at State Technical Institute in 1977. He also took a business law course at Christian Brothers University. His Real Estate training was sparked by his mentor Bright Bess who is now passed away. Teaching him the art of purchasing property with little or no money. In 1991 Robert founded Flowers and Associates property rentals where he managed personal real estate, left by his father as well as other real estate owned by close friends. Robert Flowers is also a known Real Estate management Consultant with a specific focus on special needs He is currently helping real estate investors go from minimal rental income to receiving 3x the market rent, while assisting special needs escape homelessness. Robert has a proven method this can be achieved by obtaining housing for special needs to enable tenants with mild disabilities to go from low self-worth to gaining self-respect so that they can finally experience ongoing success. He furthered his education in Real Estate utilizing specialized training and partnering with Non-Profits Organizations to house Special Needs for Adults with mild disabilities.
