I work in the medical field in Rare Disease and invest in real estate partime. I currently have 48 rentals besides my primary home which I started accumulating in June of 2018. My goal is to build a portfolio of long term rentals for cash flow and appreciation. I am looking to get over 500 doors in the next 10 years. I am looking to do 15-40 rentals a year and a couple of flips and a handful of Wholesale deals. Looking for deals and a network of good individuals to partner with. I want to connect with as many wholesalers in Utah as I can. I self manage and enjoy that aspect of land lording. I have a handyman’s background. I also have an active Real Estate license in Utah.
