Ryan Oldenhage

A Lehigh Valley, PA native, I grew up with a background in the foodservice industry. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with a foodservice entrepreneurship degree. While in my early years of college, I was blessed with the real estate itch. I passively learned and read about it, but always went in different directions, never fully focusing on it. I gained experience in a few industries, such as B2B business machine sales, fabric wholesaling and catering management. While enjoying aspects of all, I always kept a fascination for all aspects of real estate investment. I decided to set myself up in a way where my full time "job" would compliment real estate investing. Looking back, I've gained much appreciated well rounded experience, but wish I scratched that itch 10 years ago! I moved back to Pennsylvania a few years after college and currently live in the Lehigh Valley with my lovely and extremely supportive wife, son and very supportive two dogs. I love outdoor activities, such as hiking with the family, golfing and relaxing on the beach. Additionally, I enjoy the many ups and downs of being a dedicated life long New York Giants fan. I am always looking to spend more time with family and friends, after learning from my late father, that in life after all is said and done, your relationships and memories are what is treasured most. Experience: I have been reading and learning about real estate investing for many years, but I inherited a rental property in 2010 from my Dad. After managing that property for a few years, I obtained my real estate license in 2013 and have been working as a real estate agent handling residential and commercial transactions. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals are to continue growing in the real estate industry as an honest and well respected agent, while building a rental property portfolio on the side and enjoying the journey along the way.
