Ryan Miller

I’m passionate about family, travel, sports, and entrepreneurship, married with three young children, life is always an adventure. After nearly 20 years of owning and operating bars and restaurants, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. What began as a side project in real estate investing has grown into my full-time career. Today, I self-manage a diverse portfolio of 62 units, including 58 long-term rentals and 4 short-term rentals. Most of these properties were acquired through owner financing and other creative financing strategies, allowing for strategic growth. With an MBA and a strong love for learning, I remain focused on expanding my real estate knowledge and continuing to scale my rental businesses.
