Completed the construction phases of a CPR project in Hawaii and sold both houses in Hawaii for about $3 million. Paid off all debt and purchased rental homes in the Phoenix Arizona area. I started with 1 furnished vacation home in 2019. Luckily, Phoenix home values soared and my first home's value has almost doubled - so I wanted to use a small amount of that equity to purchase a 2nd home, using no cash whatsoever, and bought my second fully-furnished vacation rental home in early 2022, and financed it just before interest rates went up. Now I currently own 2 fully-furnished vacation rental homes on a retirement resort community. I have been personally managing my vacation rentals, renting them to seasonal, retired snowbirds, since 2019. Now, I'm on the equity ride with 1 home fully paid for - generating excellent passive income, while the other one is being paid for by short-term seasonal tenants and generating a small amount of net income. Home values are staying steady and slowly rising in the Phoenix area. I'm interested in networking to help support this current phase and get some ideas to plan for my next phase.
