Hello! I’m a new investor. I'm originally from Washington D.C. I left home about 20 years ago completing 9 years service in the U.S. Army to later join corporate America in 2011. I did some work in the private sector in the Middle East for 3 years prior to. I'm excited to return to BP after many years. I first joined 11 years ago. I had quite the laugh when I read my first post from back then. I have 3 responses and the last one. I was truly a newbie in many ways outside of just getting started. Needless to say I did not stay on track. I have learned/developed a lot since and it's led me to pursuing multi-family/apartments. I'm here to partner and learn from other BP members. Looking for to future discussions.
