Real estate Agent and Licensed General Contractor Currently own 4 buildings in Chicago ( 16 units total with 2 short term rentals on AirBnB. Looking to acquire distressed multi units in the Chicago land area in need of rehabbing to BRRRR OR FLIP depending on what makes the most sense for my portfolio. Looking to partner with GCs who need a bankable partner with Cash reserves and a track record of obtaining low interest, short term loans. Also analyzing different markets to eventually invest out of state.
