About myself

I got into real estate by house hacking. I bought a duplex, moved into one side, and rented the other. That worked well enough that I started managing my father's duplex too, including overseeing a full renovation. After doing both, I realized I was good at the operations side and that there was a real gap in the market worth building a business around. Most property managers treat owners like a number. Communication is slow, maintenance is marked up, and owners find out about problems after they've already gotten expensive. Keystone Estates runs the opposite way: proactive communication, full maintenance transparency, no markup on repairs, and guaranteed disbursement by the 10th of every month or we waive our fee. I started Keystone Estates to serve Florida investors who own single-family homes, condos, and small multifamily properties and want a manager who actually protects their investment instead of just collecting a check. Whether you inherited a property you're not sure what to do with, you invest from out of state and need someone you can trust on the ground, or you're actively building a portfolio and need a PM who can grow with you, that's exactly who Keystone Estates is built for. Based in Orlando with coverage across Central Florida, the I-4 corridor, the east coast from Melbourne up to Jacksonville, and down through the Treasure Coast to West Palm Beach. Tampa and the Gulf Coast are within reach too. Open to connecting with buy-and-hold investors, other agents, and anyone building a rental portfolio in Florida. https://keystoneestatesfl.com/ (321) 461-5903
