Hey my fellow bp I’m a new member tho not entirely new to investing I been investing since I was 13 yrs old with my time work ethics and energy to make a legacy for my future kids and great grand kids . All tho like any other story it has came with a price and its call failure I have failed at most things but like the eye of the tiger I keep fighting. That’s what winner do . Right ?! A little back story I bought 1st house at 26 years old after being homeless for a few years . I thought I could just move right in . I mean , what else would anyone think saving up and buying a house at a free and clear auction with just my inspection of a look through the window, everything looks okay ,right ?! Whatever was wrong with a house was wrong this house. Eventually, I figured it out and learn a ton in fixing a house from the roofs to electrical , flooring and everything in between. Working and working I finished the house . I starting renting out the rooms upstairs. And it work people were actually paying me to live in my house . Then I started thinking reading and researching. I said I wanted a 1000 units . So I’m here to keep learning getting outside my introvert zone. And willing to connect with some rock stars. !!! Safe investing
