My wife and I are building our business as a team. We reside in the far-western suburbs of Chicago. Our game plan is to focus on joint ventures for STRs/flipping and to spin off the proceeds into mortgage notes. We love to travel internationally and will look to pick up rentals in Europe. Experience: We lent money for a few flips and are currently running our first STR. Real Estate Goals: We'd like to build our portfolio of STRs and MTRs.
