I'm a full time investor in real estate since 2004. My business consists of managing over our lease-optioned homes, and less work managing over owner financed properties that we sold. Have also sold a handful of homes in the past - (most while still upgrading them). Looking to expand with fix and flips. I have used the same vendors and "handyman" types for years - with newer style homes. Want to expand by locating good contractors, and buy homes that I know I can add additional equity by using the right upgrades.
