My company, Genesis Opportunity Corp (genesisopportunity.com) is a private equities company working one-on-one with capital investors to develop managed portfolios. As a managing investor, I am able to work with both new and seasoned investors who want to grow their portfolios and never lose money. Also working in partnership with REI Partners as a learning platform to educate others seeking to become investors. Started in personal Real Estate Investing in 11/2018. During that time, I became a Home Inspector to better understand the costs to purchasing property while furthering my education and building my network. Personally performed renovations on all personal investments to understand labor/costs/time factors. Now I'm growing my business to develop managed portfolios for other investors who want the benefits of the year-over-year returns and without the management challenges.
