About myself
I am a builder, that has a unique company. we complete all crafts in house. we own all our own equipment including excavation, trucks, as well as finish equipment. We mainly do new construction. the economy has devistated that market here over the past 8 years, want to start building and owning multifamily for retirement, and to keep cash flow during future new construction slow down periods
