Richard Josephberg

Richard Josephberg is a real estate developer, born in Port Chester, New York. This developer has over 20 years of experience. That knowledge has helped him to realize what drew people to a particular place, which was useful for Josephberg in order to make retail, hospitality, or commercial property successful. Richard Josephberg and his team has been studying properties and cities in the United States and abroad for years, to determine what worked and what did not, without the constraints of the traditional rules and conventions of the commercial real estate business. After having gained experience in investing and developing several commercial and retail properties in the New York area, Richard Josephberg took an entrepreneurial leap into building larger development projects that embodied the sense of place he wanted to offer the community.
