Richard Jr Caicedo

Real estate investor turned real estate agent. Real estate has been a passion of mine ever since I realized how great of a wealth building tool it can be. As an investor, I have a unique perspective on real estate and meeting client needs. 4 years as an infantryman in the Marine Corps taught me the invaluable lesson of improvision, adaptability, and overcoming any obstacle that comes my way. 5 years of construction/welding experience allows me the opportunity to assess buildings in a manner that is extremely valuable to clients. I was raised in Northern NJ and currently reside in Clifton. As a Northern NJ native I have intimate knowledge of the area that entices me to make my oasis, your oasis.
