Hi everyone, my name is Richard and I'm a real estate investor that resides in Chicago IL. Chicagoan born and bred, I Love my city. I have been in the banking and financial services for 16 years. I was always interested in real estate, and the possibility of using it to develop a system of wealth that I would be able to pass to the next generation. My primary motivations are my family and my community. I want to be able to make a difference by being able to empower old and young minds alike, and show them that hard work and focus can take you far. Experience: I have done multiple flips, purchases a few properties that I plan on having long term, and facilitated numerous real estate deals. I have about 8 years real estate investing experience, and 16 combined years experience in lending, finance and financial services. Real Estate Goals: 2 total properties flipped, and 16 units added to my portfolio in the next 12 months. 4 properties flipped and 40 additional units added to my portfolio in year 2. Make real estate investing a full time job and bring more members into the business long term. Currently Seeking: Multifamily flip opportunities, and multi-unit rental properties.
