I am a Dad, a Grand Dad, a Husband, and a Realtor. Not in that order; I have filled those profiles in 3 of the 4 for over 30 years each. I started flipping real estate in Connecticut in the 1970's, and became serious about it in the late 1980s when I owned over 40 rentals in Delray Beach Florida. I managed real estate offices in Florida for Coldwell Banker, Realty World, Keller Williams, and most recently , Weichert. I like real estate.
