Hello, my goals are to start out with multi family properties (house hack) to start. Then single, flip, and large multi family & commercial properties & lending much later. I am looking for mentors in the area (Omaha). I have worked on the property management side maintenance for 17yrs before I am presently working at the largest privately owned Lumber yard in area as a driver.
