I am a real estate investor, flipper, and a buy-and-hold investor based in Tampa Bay, Florida. I am currently looking for rentals, single and multi-family, based on long term holds and short term flips, and BRRRR in the FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, mostly Southeast area. How I got started: I began my career in real estate in the mid 00’s in South Carolina "house hacking" one house a time while active duty in U.S. Air Force. In 2019, I founded Income Investment Group, LLC. to invest in and real estate assets primarily in the Southeast area. I has significant experience in developing and managing retail, office, multi-family, single family, and industrial properties throughout the southeast region. Education: I earned seven degrees, to included, a MBA from Louisiana State University and a double B.A from St. Leo University. Experience: I first home in 2007 was a house-hack with three fellow military, Air Force, co-workers, I have flipped several houses, BRRRRd a few, and purchased straight up cash multi-family rentals.
